With over 24 years experience in the communications industry, Bec was one of only 3% of females to become a Creative Director. In her time, Bec has gained numerous international awards and notable recognition including heading the launch of Virgin Airlines in Australia back in 2000. In 2004, Bec was one of the 0.1% of female founders to open her own agency Venus Comms, specialising in marketing-to-women. Going on now for more than 12 years, Bec built Venus into a ground-breaking and successful independent agency with a talented female-driven team that has utilised their incredible insights and developed their own unique methodology - all to create better ROI with women.

Bec is married to an 'ad-guy' and has two young daughters. She is also writing her first book.
